“I want to say thank you to Dr. Swanson and all of the staff! Two of my kids had ortho appointments yesterday and they were a bit nervous with the new rules and regulations due to COVID. After the appointments, they were all smiles (straight smiles). They said the staff was super friendly and helpful! Thank you for making a trip to the ortho a “normal” experience for the kids!”

This was my six-year-old son’s first time here and it was such a wonderful experience. All of the staff was very friendly and you could tell they had experience working with kids. The woman who took the pictures was great and complimented my son multiple times on what a great job he was doing. Kudos to all for a job well done, my son said he’s excited for when he gets to come back next year!

We have been going to SMO for about four years. Three of our four children are being seen by Dr. Vaubel. He is great at what he does. He always remembers our kids and the sports they play or other activities they are in. It is an extremely friendly setting and we have NEVER had one complaint. I would totally recommend them for your orthodontic needs.

Our family is very impressed with the results of the orthodontic treatment provided to our son, Leo. His case was complicated, and the patient was not an easy one. Dr. Vaubel and the staff at SMO did an outstanding job with our son. They were encouraging during the entire process and always gave him great feedback for brushing. His teeth look amazing and we are completely satisfied with their services. We would definitely refer anyone to SMO and Dr. Vaubel.
